As many people are still working from home for an undetermined period of time and avoiding large fitness clubs, Video-Based personal training can be the perfect solution to keep you in shape.  Exercise training is about Intensity, Focus and Taking the right approach in exercise selection to reach your fitness goals.  Our Physiotherapist/Trainer with over 20 years of Fitness training experience can carry out a Customized program devised for you based on your fitness level, home equipment availability, and exercise space used at your home.   Even through our Video-Based platform, we can ensure that your exercise regime can be equally if not more effective than your previous exercise routine at the gym.  Covered under your Benefit plan under Physiotherapy coverage,

First, a detailed consultation is carried out to understand the patient’s medical history, health markers, fitness goals but also the patient’s lifestyle and time availability in their busy schedules. The concept is to engage in a realistic & sustainable exercise program specific to the patient’s goals, lifestyle and unique needs.

The Program is based on a TWO-DAY high intensity MATRIXFIT Circuit composed of a series of exercises targeted to build strong lean muscles, improve cardiovascular fitness & health, and enhance core stability & control.

The series of exercises involved vary patient-to-patient based on the physiotherapist’s overall understanding of the patient.

MATRIXFIT Circuit training sessions are 45-mins in duration performed in our On-Site Exercise Studio two days/week. Our trainers motivate you to push past self-imposed limits during these intense sessions.

We want the patient to fully understand the program and the exercises involved so that it can be a long-term fitness program the patient can perform outside of our clinic using simple inexpensive exercise equipment, without having to join a GYM!!!!

MATRIXFIT training sessions are COVERED BY YOUR EHC PHYSIOTHERAPY BENEFITS since they are carried out One-on-One with Aubrey So, a Registered Physiotherapist.

We recommend at least 2-3 weeks with the physiotherapist to give the patient’s body a chance to accommodate to the exercise program, and for the therapist to tweak the program to the patient’s maximal benefit upon completion in the clinic.
